A downloadable 32-minute guided audio journey. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, a celebration of light, warmth and the fullness of life. Yet for many of us, life doesn’t always feel light.

When we’re holding a lot, supporting others, navigating change or simply trying to keep up with everyday life, our own light can feel a little harder to reach.

Return to Your Light is my first new guided journey for quite some time, inspired by my own experience of slowing down and rediscovering what truly matters.

This isn’t just a meditation. It’s a guided audio experience that combines gentle somatic movement, nervous system support, breathwork, grounding, visualisation and meditation to help you make a little more space, reconnect with yourself, and remember the quiet spark that has always been within you.

During this journey you’ll experience:

• Gentle movement to release tension and arrive in your body

• Butterfly tapping and calming breath practices to support the nervous system

• Grounding with the Earth and connection to Source

• A heart-centred meditation to help you acknowledge what you’ve been carrying with compassion

• A peaceful journey beneath an ancient tree, where you’ll be invited to release some of the weight you’ve been holding and reconnect with your own inner light

• A simple standing embodiment practice to help you return to your day feeling more grounded, present and connected

Inspired by the Summer Solstice, this journey can be returned to at any time of year whenever you need a moment to pause, breathe and come home to yourself.
