If we want to live our life in soul alignment, it’s vital we are able to access our intuitive wisdom & guidance. In this guided healing meditation journey, I will guide you to cleanse & awaken the third eye chakra, the energy centre associated to intuition, psychic gifts, insight & foresight. You will then cleanse & activate the pineal gland, the gland associated to the third eye chakra. This pea sized pine cone shaped gland resides in the centre of the brain. It’s physically associated to the endocrine system & produces melatonin to regulate sleep patterns & the circadian rhythm & serotonin which primarily regulates mood.

This powerful magical gland has also been called the seat of the spirit of the soul. It's covered in calcite crystals which generate an electrical charge or release of light. There is also some suggestion that the presence of these crystals may turn it into a type of receiver that tunes in to different frequencies in a manner similar to a radio receiver. This may offer a scientific explanation that ties the pineal gland to receiving messages from spirit or higher consciousness.

You will then connect to your other intuitive senses & centres for guidance & connection to your authentic self before anchoring the energy into the earth & together we send beautiful healing energy to Earth, humanity, all creatures & animals.
